COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to global shipping delays, it might take up to 2 months for you to receive your beautiful items. I'm so sorry! I hope you stay patient during these trying times and that you stick with me, so we can both get through this together.
  1. How long are shipping times?
    Your products will ship within 5 days of your order and then take up to 3 weeks to reach your doorstep. I know it's quite long, but I work with suppliers all over the world to deliver you the best DDLG products. Each product at DDLG Outfits has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
  1. What's your return policy?
    Instead of returning items, you can contact me for a full refund. Why? I don't want to hassle you with shipping it back. So just tell me what went wrong, send along a pic, and I'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

    Please note that not all refund requests will be approved. It depends on your case. Read the details here.
  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Once I place the order with my suppliers, I can't really go back. So don't be too impulsive baby girl. *huuugs*
  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify me, and I'll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to me.
  1. Do you offer exchanges?
    I don't offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let me know and I’ll get you a new one.
